may I know the usage of GNL form and how it is significant in companies Act 2013??
and also the full form of GNL

GEL Form is used where no prescribed format is available to file to ROC. There are GNL1,GNL2,GNL3 &GNL4 is available under CA 2013
GNL Forms means the General Intimation E Forms
GNL 1 is filled with ROC for Compounding of offence under the Companies Act or for extention of AGM
GNL 2 is filled for filing of Private Placement Letter of Offer like PAS 4
GNL 3 is filled in respect of Charegable person who is incharge or officer of the Company who has the responsibility of all the Compliance of the Company
Generally GLN form is filled where no particular form is mentioned under companies act 2013 or rules notified thereunder.
