GMCS or 3 Mth Residential Training

Hello to all

I am CA final student ( New course) preparing for exams in Nov 2010.

I want to ask,  whether GMCS or 3 months residential prog.(Faridabad), to be done or as a student we have to done all these prog before applying for memebership from Institute.

I am confused

Hi Ankit,


For a field like ours it is essential to have extraordinary communication skills and if you can afford for residential programme financially, i would suggest three months programme would be preferable as you would have lot of things to learn.  Also GMCS would be fine but for only limited period of 15 days. It is mandatory to complete GMCS course before you apply for Membership of the institute. So better to complete the course after you give first attempt for final course.

if i want to do my res. training in june , then how early i shud apply so as to be 100% sure that i will get the batch
