GMCS or 3 Mth Residential Training

For a field like ours it is essential to have extraordinary communication skills and if you can afford for residential programme financially, i would suggest three months programme would be preferable as you would have lot of things to learn.  Also GMCS would be fine but for only limited period of 15 days. It is mandatory to complete GMCS course before you apply for Membership of the institute. So better to complete the course after you give first attempt for final course.

can any one tell me, how to apply for 3 months residential traning?

if i want to do my res. training in june , then how early i shud apply so as to be 100% sure that i will get the batch
