I'm doing my 9th month of articleship right now. Due to health related issues, I'm forced to terminate my articleship. I've not yet done my GMCS I. My question is, whether it is ok to terminate right now before completing GMCS I. Will there be any issues when I rejoin my articleship a year later.

The Criteria Says GMCS in First year of articleship,so it really doent matter if you do it after u Rejoin back but before the end of First year of articleship.
You ve health issues ,Nothing to Worry...Go ahead.
PS: pls confirm the critrerion i ve quoted ,as far as i remembet gmcs has to be done within first year of articles...if so nothing to worry.
