Yes, I should clear your both mcs & Adv itt course before giving your ca final attempt, now it is compulsory for the new syllabus

If you clear IPCC in Nov 2018 exam then the result will come around in Feb 2019 end.

Only after passing both the groups of IPCC you are eligible to register for CA Final.

You can register under new scheme only. If you want to write CA Final exam in May 2019 then you must complete both Adv ITT and Adv MCS ( ICITSS ).

In my opinion if you writw exam in May 2019 you get very less time to prepare for CA Finals.
