Situations:
I have qualifed PCC exam in November, 2008.
my remaining training period is 13 months from today.
and CA - Final exam is due in Nov, 2010.
Questions:
When should i apply for my GMCS training?
Will i have to do it for 7 Days or for 3 months?

GMCS is of 15 days. Neither 7 days; nor 3 months.
And it seems that you are talkin abt the 3 Months Residential Programme, which includes GMCS as well. Its optional. and U will get preference there after having passed the Final.
