we know that to get recruited in income tax ,sales tax department....etc..we have to qualify in ssc and upsc
exams.. in fact people of non accounts and taxation background are posted to these posts.
in the interest of CA profesion 10-15 % vacancies should reserved for us...
and direct special examination should be conducted for CAs. just like SBI so and IBPS So exams.

this can happen if this view is supported by members of ICAI and on its suggestion to department of finace ministry which can ultimately enforce this on boards like CBDT and CBEC etc.
Your idea is good..moreover i want to add
there should be relaxation to the CA professionals in the same post ...like question will be asked only on CA pattern and latest market affairs.
The recommendation may be sent to the Institute president throgh email or in other kind.
