Give ur opinion on ICAI's latest noti. on Transfer

This is shocking and of no use for PCC stream students who were the main victims of this farce called transfer ban. We couldn't get into good firms BECAUSE OF CPT, and now after passing pcc we had hoped to get into big firm; with most of our articleship already over 1 year; what USE OF THIS UNRESTRICTED ONE TRANSFER IN THE FIRST YEAR OF ARTICLESHIP. Will that be unrestricted? ur CA might not give u transfer ; DELAYING TRANSFER TILL UR ARTICLESHIP PERIOD IS MORE THAN 1 YEAR; AND THEN U WILL BE AT HIS MERCY. _________________________________________________ Now; if u see the notification u will see that even if NOW U WANNA ASK FOR PERMISSION TO SIGN FORM 109; U NEED TO HAVE THAT APPLICATION SIGNED BY UR CA; WTF!!!!!!!(is this the case; i am confused) NOW THIS THING IS TOO DANGEROUS FOR FELLOW STUDENTS._______________________________________Now the students WHO COULD AT LEAST ASK FOR TRANSFER TILL LAST YEAR OF TRANSFER TILL LAST YEAR OF ARTICLESHIP; HAVE THAT OPTION CUT OUT.ICAI JAOOO BHAD MEIN.

This is "one step front, two steps back". This president is the predecessor of our nemesis, remember? Plus all the crookedness of the world comes after years of practise as a CA; when we practise we meet all kinds of items, shady characters.__________________________________________________________ And icai has said that "in case of dispute bETWEEN ARTICLE AND CA; ICAI WONT INTERFERE"; LEAVING ALL STUDENTS AT THE MERCY OF THE CAs. __________________________________eXPERIENCE OF MORE THAN 3 YEARS OF ICAI HARDENS STUDENTS TO KNOW THAT ICAI IS LIKE DOG'S tail(forgive me); can never be straight. But, as a young person; people wont stop dreaming, do they?

Not GOOd news for students. ICAI should allow one unconditional  transfer. 

ICAI ko kaun samjhaye! students should boycott icai functions. Waise bhi; that's waste for money. Now the bl**dy Congress wants to ruin CA profession with "women reservation." Then there lalu,mayawati will come and say "reservations for dalits"

Lets make protest against that same and request them to allow one unconditional transfer.

abhi toh main thakk gaya hun. I am venting my frustation at the forums. Ek saal bhi nahi baaki hain. just wanna complete this sh*t asap. ICAI is manipulating all of us. Sometimes i feel ; file a PIL at the HC. But these people have high contacts; money (from which sources; we all know; netas as well as icai funds and black money from practise); without coordination from all students; i will be a sitting duck.

Bekaar hai,yaar. Discrimination to pcc students. We shud've to do 3.5 years articleship plus we dont have any option to terminate. WTF???

Hi as far as stipend is concerned I do not want to comment on that despite that being very low.

Transfer rule during articleship were  framed by ICAI committee members most of whom are in practice too. So there is no secret that these are biased in favours of CA firms which immediately need to be changed. I think by keeping these rules ICAI bringing slavery system back in India.

Thank you very much sir; for your comments. I also don't mind the stipend so much as we can earn much more than that in future. But this transfer ban thing is just making my bp rise.

yes. icai clearly ignored pcc students. y wud then a commite set to reduce their term?? institute is always controversial of his decisions

First they played wit our career with CPT. Now this joke of "relaxation" of transfer ban. ICAI makes us do articleship of extra 6 months; we give 2 exams during articleship yet we have been trapped inside transfer ban. IT's like "they shoot you in the hand; and then give you a DROP OF DETTOL TO WASH IT"

@ jose..... dude m waiting for exam result... i think if this time also they ignored us... then i have to leave my dream to be CA .. and leave all... will head toward CS or mba
