Give advice if u know

Hi one of my friend has passed pe2 exam in last attempt. She is from delhi. Now she is searching for articleship. In her contact there is one ca who has recently got cop . But the institute has not approved her firm name yet. Thet ca tells her that it will take some time like 2-3 monts. So can anyone tell me that whether she can eligible to do articleship under that ca now or she has to wait for some time. plz reply
