CAN I SHOW GIFT TO MOTHER IN CASH UPTO RS. 100000/- IT SHOULD BE ANY PROBLEM FOR SCRUTINY????? IF GIFT DEED IS REQUIRED??? HOW MUCH AMOUNT OF STAMP PAPER I CAN USE???? IT IS REQUIRED TO REGISTERED OR NOTIRISED?

You can give gift cash to mother of any amount but you must have source of cash in your hand. Declaration of gift on Rs. 100/- stamp paper would suffice. Sign of both on the stamp paper would suffice.
