Getting certified copies from roc delhi

I am sure the process in all ROCs across India are the same. So i answer your question with regard to how i get certified true copy here in Chennai:

After paying the required amount online, court fee stamp of Re. 1/- or 2/- must be affixed on the challan generated. A 20/- stamp paper must be obtained and enter your name and address in the stamp paper. After that, the stamp paper and the challan must be given to the concerned ppl in ROC. You can get the required documents. The period may vary from 1 day to 1 week depending on the amount of bribe you pay them.

Note: I dont think 1000/- is MCA fees alone. So ipresume it includes bribe too.

I paid MCA fee for each and every page of MoA, AoA ... + certificate of incorporation... so MCA fees for all the pages does come aroung 1000 Rs.

How many stamp paper do I need ?

I can see that one will be needed for certificate of incorporation but what about MoA and AoA ?

Do I need stamp paper for each and every page of MoA and AoA ?

What do you mean by "court fee stamp"  ?

Hi Divya,

One stamp paper for one challan. I presume you had paid in the same challan itself for all the three documents. So one stamp paper would suffice.

Court fee stamp is the stamp you affix on documents produced in courts. You can get them easily there. The value of stamp does not matter. It is just a formality.

In chennai, we pay 100/- for Certificate of Incorporation and 25/- per page for Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association. Hope the same is charged in Delhi too.

In Above 2 lines, Are you talking about the fee we pay online on MCA website to get certified copies ?

Court fee stamp will be one for all as I have only one chalaan ...

but how many "20/- stamp paper"  will I need ?

Hi Divya,

The fee mentioned is MCA fee only [the amount of bribe varies for each ROC].

As you have only one MCA challan, one stamp paper of 20/- is enough.

After getting the certified true copy, make sure that all the required pages are made available yo you as you should pay again if any page(s) is left out.

istead of paying Rs. 1000/- you cud have paid Rs. 50/- for viewing public documents online and you cud have downloaded from there itself.

The incorporation documents of a company are always available online.

for getting the certified copy from Delhi Roc.

you need to submit an application on plain paper indicating the name of the Company, Document number and a court fee of ruppes 5 need to be affixed.

attach chalan. Regarding Chalan-Rs. 25 per every page and Rupees 50 for certificate.

in case of any document other than Certificate a Stamp paper of Rs. 10 also needs to be attached.

submit this application on roc counter and after 2-3 das go to roc to collect the copies.

But i think there is a great deal of difference between a copy of docs taken online and cerified true copy obtained from ROC. I replied to Ms. Divya on the assumption that she needed only certified true copies.
