For the Fiscal Year 2012-13 my client has only CST Purchases and don't have any CST Sales. He has returned the Sales Tax monthly. And come to the point now he wants the C Form for his sellers and my question is that how can i upload the Utilization file for getting the C Form for the Complete Year from 1-4-2012 to 31-3-2013. The purchaser is situated in Andhra Pradesh.

The purchases should have been declared in the monthly returns. Within three months 'C' forms should have collected,whether on-line or from the vat office. In fact,, the seller should have reminded you to produce 'C' forms in time . However,now also try to collect 'C' forms for the past periods and send them to your supplier.If any problems arise solve them through your VAT officer........mjk
