Hi, can anyone tell me how to get an OSP licence from DOT for setting up a call centre. Also the charge which professionals normally take for providing the licence to the client.

There are no Agents or proffessionals for Issuance of DOT-OSP license.
Just refer the path-https://dotosp.gov.in/login/register.do?methodName=showFormA
This is an Omline process & you have to submit the Primary Documents of Company like Copy of Meorandum & Articles, Certificate Of Incorporation with Rs.1000/- Demand Draft to the nearby BSNL/ MTNL Office.
One more thing...!
Don't forget to go through the Terms & condition , FAQ's shown on the DOT's portal path.
