what is gst rate on marinated raw meat , smoked meat

I think both are just methods to cook meat or add flavors to it so if u r just supplying meat not a restaurant service then it is nil rate but I'm not sure confirm from others too
So many rates are in the books , please elaborate in detail .

As per Notification No. 2/2017 - Central Tax ( Rate ), dated 28th June 2017, Fresh Meats are Exempted from GST.
But if you are supplying smoked meat in the restaurant, then it would be taxable at the rate of 5% GST.
