How get the copy of the DIN 3 already filed for a company ? Is it available online ?
Can it be obtained by RTI ? If yes, whom should i address the RTI to ?

You can contact the DIN Cell, only they can assist you in getting the DIR-3 as it can not be make available on MCA Site as its not a company documents rather its a documents being applied by an Individual applicant. THE Cell No. of MCA DIN Cell is available on MCA Site which is reproduced as under:
