Generally how much time it takes to resolve ticket raised?

Hello All,

I have raised one ticket/greivance on 16th April 2018 and for which I have received no response/communication yet. In status it is showing open but no action has been taken yet. I have also contacted GST Helpdesk several times but they told that it is under process but they are unable to tell that in how much time it will be resolved. So anybody here have any idea that how much time it generally takes to resolve ticket raised?

My issue was following :-

Not able to upload Form ITC - 03. Trying daily from last 17 days.
