In respect of any company either Public or Private, First Annual General Meeting will be held within 18 months form date of INCORPORATION.
This means, company will be required to hold AGM by 25th March 2009.

As per Section 166 (1) of The Companies Act, 1956, a company may hold its First AGM within a period of not more than eighteen months from the date of its incorporation; and if such general meeting is held within that period, it shall not be necessary for the company to hold any annual general meeting in the year of its incorporation. So the date of incorporation of your company is 26/09/2007. You can hold First AGM maximum up to 25/03/2009. If 25/03/2009 is public holiday than on next working day.
