I have been registered my self as student of Cs Executive programe, as per my registration i have to complete the course with in 5 years, but due to some problums i am anable to continue the same. Is it possible that I may be re-registered for the same program in future, when ever i be able.

Yes sanjeev you can seek registration de novo i.e. extension of registration after 5 yrs.
