the application of cancellation has been filed in the month of september but on portal it shows pending for processing till date.
So it is necessary to file gstr 3b for the month October
pls let me know asap

Am asking that how many days it been you apply for cancellation of registration
Since 23 September 20
No need to file
But call your Gst officer why it's pending till now
Go check your service section to see is there any notification
Is there any rule or notification which state that no need to file return after applying for cancellations?
