Can anyone pls tell me a solution ?? I have been abroad for sometime before completing my articles due to uncontrallable situation..I am planning to complete it once i go back to India now.I have to take my one group of exam too..Please tell me whether my one group completed in old syllabus is still valid?? How do i continue my articles, the leave taken is more than 1.5 yrs..Pls help me..

You can continue your Articles by filling form 107 after completion of your regular 3 or 3.5 years of Articleship) for the excess leave availed.

 

However, you will not be eligible to appear in CA Final exams if you have availed excess leave before you serve that excess leave period.
