Future career

Dear All,

I joined my Articleship nearly one and a half year back in a firm of my city,But now i feel that the work available in my firm is not good enough that is required for any article,there is monotonous type of work & I am very frustrated & tensed about my career now at this part of my career I want your valuble Guidance that what should I do from here to make my career better.Is there any additional ADD On courses I should join or any Thing Else.
