Furnishing of return
dear sir..I've a confusion related to GSTR-3 and GSTR-3b please give me full information about the applicability of such forms upto April 2019.

GSTR-3 is not applicable now...
Now you are required to file only GSTR-3B and GSTR-1. GSTR-3B is a "Summary Sales Return".

GSTR 3B has to fill before every 20th of next month.. GSTR 3 is nothing
As per Notification 17/2017 CT dt. 27/7 2017 (w.ef.1.7.17) GSTR 3B need to be file in place Gstr 3
Hence GSTR 3 was never in force.
