HIII U R ABSOLUTELY RITE FIRSTLY ICAI .....CAME TO EFFECT RIGHT TO EDUCATION & NW FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT TO WORK ...THEY SHULDNT FORGET THAT IT IS A STATUTORY INSTITUTION UNDER MCA THEY SHOULDNT BE GIVEN DAT MUCH ATONOMY
