In following scenario How we can do the business without CVD \ Excise \ Custom Duty \ MahaVAT \ CST??
Supplier - Inside SEZ (Outside Maharashtra)
Trader (Our Company) - Outside SEZ \ EOU \ FTWZ \ SEEPZ (Normal Working Area) (In Maharashtra)
Customer - 100% EOU. (Inside Maharashtra)
We dont want to pay any Tax because material procure from SEZ going to EOU.. We are only act as "POSTMAN"
Please Help...
