frustrating problem

Pls tell them to send you the soft copy so that you can stop your frustration... by the way you are concern with registration number na ....

So call them and ask your reg no. and ask them to send you softcopy..

Institute at times delay mainly because of pending issues of Certificates for ITT and Orientation. This problem will stay throughout the year.

Best way is to physically take the registration letter from the Head Office (if possible).

If you are able to contact The Students counsel of Kanpur Office, u'll surely receive the letter as soon as possible and as suggested by Prakash Sir, get the necessary details from them on phone/visiting Kanpur office so as to confirm the registration number.

Would you please tell me how I can get the soft copy of the regn letter ? 

ask them to send you the same... like they do for admit card...

Simply ask the details of your registration number. If possible send someone (relative) to collect your regn letter. Keep in touch with them and don't loose your focus from study.

As suggested by prakash ji ask them to send you the scanned copy via E-mail.
