from when will ifrs be applicable in india

IFRS are expected to be applicable from april 2011, although officially  institute should not ask heavy questions on it in may exams, but it has already started asking small questions on it in previous one-two attempts and may be in coming two attempts of this year, so you should he familiar at least with the basics of ifrs
