If a person filed ITR3 last year ,can he changed his return to form ITR4 from ITR3
Why not.
If you start return filing as per persemptive option and subsequently you changed persumptive option you can again avail this facility after five years
If a person continued filed ITR4 for 5 years, again if he want to file ITR4, is it possible?
Why should a particular form get compulsory for a taxpayer in the first place? It should never be that way.
United States has three options for Resident taxpayers:
