You mean form 8 LLP? if turnover is above 45Lakh or capital contribution is above 25 L, form needs to be certified by CA alongwith Designated partners and practicing professional..
Ok and what docs are required to be checked for certification of form 8 by cq
Audit report, balance sheet, pl with annexure and notes. msme declaration.
