You are liable to pay gst on freight on rcm only if you are a casual taxable person or a business entity

since u hv charged gst on freight under normal charge so you are not liable to pay it again on reverse charge

No need. It's also your outward supplies and it's also taxable.

not own vehicle, but as per definition of gta, its not even a gta. as i dont have any consignment note from the transporter

Dear Chandra.,
Don't confused and mix the transport to delivery. Bcoz, you ll charge it in your invoice and pay after your transporter....

It's just your invoice based liability. You charged freight amount in invoice and also get payment from customers.
You deal as per sales related...
