Unable to login. I know my User Id, but did not remember password. While creating the account, I did not activate the account immediately. Now, if I click the activation link, I am asked for Mobile Pin which I guess is a Pin I should have been received on my mobile phone the first time I clicked on the activation link received on my email. Right now, I do not have Mobile Pin nor do I receive any such Pin on my mobile phone. If I try to recover password, I get message: Your User ID is not activated. Please activate your account by clicking on activation link sent to your e-mail ID.
So, I could neither access the account through Forgot Password feature or Resend Activation Link. On Resend Activation Link under instructions: If there is a change in any of the details, other than PAN and Date of Birth/Date of Incorporation, please update post login.
Unable to figure out what Update Post Login means in the above context which I understand my bring closer to my goal.
