Yes...there are two different transactions...one is goods and other is services...goods are nil rated however Gta services are liable under RCM..

Your query is exactly good but, not clear. Bcoz, Freight is different category in GST....
Goods is exempted. But, The freight to Registered GTA then RCM applicable....
