I received freight bill from one vendor but they will not charged any tax amount on bill
so can I book those in reverse charge mechanism?
sac code in bill is 996511

If the transporter has not charged GST then u should deposit it in reverse charge and avail credit for the same.
send me any notification or evidence
Refer Notification 13/2017-Central Tax (rate) which prescribes the list of services on which responsibility to deposit tax in on the recipient.
GTA is one of them.
Before taking any action.satisfy that transporter has issued consignment note otherwise that transporter is not GTA and consequently no reverse charge is applicable
