Free Meal Voucher, Perqusites u/s 12BA, Exempt 100Rs/Day during office hours, how to claim in ITR?!

I am a salaried employee and I've about Rs.9721 paid to me in my meal card for last FY which is shown as perquisite in my form 16.

But it is also considered for tax calculation! (i.e. I am charged tax on it!)

I understand it is charged as per the new tax regime, but I've not opted for the new tax regime.

I also understand that only if these meal coupon are non transferable and consumed during office hours upto 50/per for meal 2 meals a day, it can be tax exempt. But no where can I find how can it be claimed as exempt in the ITR????/

Dear CAs, appreciate if you please help me how can I claim this in my ITR and save tax on it?

Thanks

Quick Summary
A salaried employee is seeking guidance on how to claim tax exemption for meal vouchers received through their employer. Despite understanding the exemption rules for non-transferable vouchers consumed during office hours (up to Rs. 100 per day), they are being taxed on the amount shown as a perquisite in their Form 16. The user is asking for clear instructions on how to declare and claim this exemption within their Income Tax Return (ITR).
