Whether the free electricity provided by the Government is taxable or in case it is not so then under which section it is exempt.

Ans to above is limited to my personal opinion and not as professional ( disclaimer clause)
govt of India....railways provide subsidised railway tickets
govt.provides subsidised food to some class of population
govt.by various schemes provide free or subsidised hospital / medical facilities
Are above subsidised taken as income of individual if he takes benifit of said?
Ans to above qs is most probably NO...I personally suppose
