in today's accounts paper for ipcc may 2010, in Q-6,1st question was from AS-12 'grants...'
but for group 1,we dnt hv that AS...its included in group 2 accounts...
so,will the insti give all of us free 4 marks ?? coz its entirely their mistake...

is institute stupid that he will give u free marks.???...........these are professional courses, any part of any subject could be asked in any subject exam..... remember this n study......................subjects r meant for school not CA courses...............group are not meant for that u keep the knowledge of one group n go forward...

IT WASNT TOTALLY FRM AS 12...its a part of AS 10..fixed assets
its clearly given in DS rawat that the historical cost of an asset shud b reduced by the amt of govt grants recvd or receivable
