Can one pass FR under old ca final if don't study Ind AS, ifrs at all?

yes but it depends how you have covered other topics
It is useless to study FR without knowing IndAs and IFRS. Just focus on the relevant portion of the topics. Choose a teacher and arrange video lectures or pen drive classes of him for IND As and IFRS. This will help you.
Only go through Point of Differences b/w AS and IND as.
