Foundation course registration

I've requested Icai Bhawan (Chennai) to change my DOB in my foundation application form since I've entered a wrong one. I also submitted a requisition letter with enough proofs by going directly to the office. I was told that the change will be done in 3 weeks and its been 4 weeks but still the change has not been made. I've mailed them and they are not picking up the call also. what should i do? I'm in need of someone's help and first of all will the change be made?
