I need help from your side for the following case.
1. A Foundation company was opened in October 2016, but till date there has not been any transactions in the books.
2. Audit report and Annual report has also not been prepared till date.
What I can do on above case.
Earlier year returns as it is cannot be filed but return for FY 2017-18 can be filed still be filed by 31.03.2019 so prepare books of accounts from the date of formation till date and file return accordingly.
