Can anybody please confirm that whether there is any other form required to be submitted in addition to Form 108 on completion of articles?

Yes. A form 119 has to be submitted to the principal seeking issue of form 108.
rembr, form 108 is ussued by principal & signed by the principal. Form 119 is an application for form 108. A copy of form 119 has to be submitted to institute as well.
