Did any body can inform whther the MCA has relealed its Annual Filing Forms for non-xbrl companies for the financial year starting from 01.04.2012 ? If yes, please attach circular.

The new Forms 23AC & ACA (non XBRL) has not been released yet. The due date for filing of said forms has extended upto 15.10.2012. The said circular is attached herewith for your reference.
No, not yet... So far new forms 23 AC XBRL and 23 ACA XBRL are not notified by the Ministry.
Regarding, non XBRL filings, as informed by the Learned Member the attached circular was issued however, forms are not yet notified.
The Forms are expected to be notified by 15th September.
