if somebody want to start a Private company in today's time means after new company act and rules, how much would it cost??
For first year business won't be very good, so advice from cost point of view.
All cost involved in Formation and then annual charges
all costs have drastically increased. din application fee has increased from 100 to 500. so you can guess the increase in whole incorporation expenses. liab. on auditor has also increased so audit fee will also increase. annual filing fee has not been notified completely yet so i cant say anything about it but it is sure that there will be an increase in this also.
