Kindly tell me the whole procedures to form a limited company.
I have already incorporated lot of private limited companies, but limited company procedures is different , so kindly tell me the procedures.

Formation of a limited company

The only differnce in the incorporation of Private limited Company at Public limited Company is
1. In case of Public Limited Company minimum number of members is 7.
2. In public Limited Company there should be minimum 3 Directors in the Company.
3. Public Company must have a minimum paid-up capital of Rs. 5,00,000.
4. A Private Company can commence its business immediately after its incorporation, whereas a Public Limited Company cannot start its business until a Certificate to commencement of business is issued to it . Company is required to obtain a separate certificate of commencement of business according to section 149(2A) of the Companies Act, 1956.
