I got name approval from ROC gwalior after submission of Form 1A sucessfully.. Now have filed form 1, 18 & 32 .But i am getting problems in uploading the form as under :

1.  After filling form i used check form button. no error found.

2. there after i affixed DSC then i am trying for prescrutiny. It is not working. Massege in not being displayed either for any error or for no error. What should i do ????

3. i followed the same process as i done in case of Form 1A.

try this as it works somtime

after attaching dsc and pre scrutiny use "save as" and upload that newly saved file

Form 1, 18, 32 of incorporation new company does not equire Prescrutiny. Just click on Prescrutiny button once, save the form and go for uploading the same.

"Prescrutiny" button checks information given in forms with database of MCA Website. Form 1, 18, 32 are submitted to add information to this database. So they cannot be cross checked with any existing information. They don't need Prescrutiny. But you must click once on that button before closing Form. This is required due to technicalities of Form.
