Formation of a comapny?????

i was also in your position before 35 days... i but a week ago i completed a pvt limited company incorporation..

1. collect the list of directors for apply DIN (in 'online' Form DIN 1, available on MCA site)

(ie ID Proof and Address Proof)

2. Simultaneously apply for availability of Name, for this you need atleast (2 Proposed Directors DIN or PAN or Passport No.)

3. after approval of Above we have to file Form 1, 18, 32 simultaneously, with MOA and AOA
