Format of TDS Certificate for F. Y. 2009 -1 i.e.A.Y. 2010 -

Hi,

Can any one please help me with the format of TDS Certificates Form 16 & Form 16A? I have browsed many sites for this I have got the format but it is asking for UTN no. This is not applicable yet. So should we use older version of Form 16 & Form 16A or there is any revised format.

If you have any revised format please let me know.
