But i think that the main clause taht u have send is for the company which work as a contractor in construction line, wherease i want object clause for company which supplies human resources on contract basis in factories and all in which factories will pay to the company and it in turn will pay the human resources.

If you can please send me main clause for that..........

Also would like to know that u have forwarded me sample MoA, will ancillary objects clause be same in that case also?

Is it possible for someone to please give me the format of moa & aoa for export of pharmaceutical products.
