Dear Sir(s) & Friends,
It is the right time to change MOA and AOA of company or we have to wait till entire company law 2013 would be passed?
Secondly if yes please provide me the format of MOA and AOA (including new sections of Companies Act 2013)..

Since the Companies Act 2013 is not fully inforce, as of now only 92 sections are in force, one can not change their MOA/AOA fully however, if one want to change then they can do so but only with those which are in force.
