Format of letterhead as per companies act 2013

Dear,

Section 12 of New Companies Act 2013 state that every company shall paint or affix its name and address of Registered office in a prominent position on or outside its of Registered office and every office or place in which business is carried on by company. The language of such information must be language in general use of the locality where registered office situated or place of business.

Clause (c) of sub section (3) of Section 12 of Companies Act 2013 Section 12 mandate a company to print the following information on all its Business Letterhead / Billheads/Letter Papers and all its Notices & other official publications.

4. Telephone No.
5. Fax (if any)
6. E-mail Id
7. Website address

It also provide that name of company must be printed on all Hundies/ Proissiroy Notes / Bills Of Exchanges and  Other Documents as may be notified (no other document has been notified till 3rd May 2014)
