Please refer Revised Form 16 (TDS certificate) notified by the IT department on 31st May 2010 which is applicable for the year ended 31st March 2011.
In Part B of the said Form 16 under Column 1(b) we have to provide details of value of perquisites as per Form No.12BB.
I searched the net extensively but could not obtain the said Form 12BB. Can anybody else email the same to me at write2rm @ yahoo.com (Note : However I am able to get Form 12BA which was the relevant form used by us during last year.
