What is the format of Undertaking to be taken from a beneficiary who is receiving money pursuant of a Will of the deceased person so as to close all future claims to the Will ?. Is the undertaking to be taken on a Stamp Paper?
Any other format to be signed by the beneficiary for Income tax purpose other than as required by Law ?
If nomination was submitted, just indemnity Bond on Rs. 200/- stamp paper is sufficient.
Otherwise get 'Will' Probation.
