Format of declaration -beneficiary of a Will

What is the format of Undertaking to be taken from a beneficiary who is receiving money pursuant of a Will of the deceased person so as to close all future claims to the Will ?. Is the undertaking to be taken on a Stamp Paper?

Any other format to be signed by the beneficiary for Income tax purpose other than as  required by Law ?

Quick Summary
This discussion explores the required format for an undertaking from a Will beneficiary receiving funds. It clarifies whether the undertaking needs to be on stamp paper and if any additional forms are necessary for income tax purposes. The conversation also touches upon indemnity bonds and probate requirements depending on whether a nomination was submitted.

If nomination was submitted, just indemnity Bond on Rs. 200/- stamp paper is sufficient.

Otherwise get 'Will' Probation.

Thank you for the reply, Sir.

My query was whether there is an undertaking to be taken from the beneficiary by the executor in  complete discharge of the terms of Will? If yes, can give a suggested format, please. Regards.
