Format for List of Directors for a Private Ltd company

Hi,

There is no prescribed format for list of directors. You may prepare it yourself in Excel with the following columns==

Serial No.          Name of Director            Address             Designation              occupation

 Yes, there is not set format for this, It may also be as under (from left to right):-

Nationality

Date of Birth

Designation

Date of Appointment

Residential Address

DIN

Ya.. there is no specific format mentioned under the law. But as mentioned above by Mr. Ankur Garg and Mr. Ankur Srivastava, you can use the format covering the details.
